Protein Snack Brownie Recipie

A healthy high-protein snack to eat after workouts.
Ingredients
  • 1 can (14 -15.5 oz.) black beans (rinsed)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • ½ cup organic brown sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients together and blend on low until smooth.
  2. Pour into 8 inch greased square baking pan
  3. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F.
  4. Let cool and serve!
